Wedding Rehearsal and Day of Directing/Coordination

• Identifying needs and expectations of bridal couple concerning their wedding
• Identifying objectives and advising accordingly
• Provide etiquette suggestions
• Receive copies of all contracts and vendor information (at signing of the contract)
• Provide a reception layout
• Mail/Fax/E-mail itinerary letters to wedding vendors
• Mail/E-mail itinerary/information letters to wedding party
• Create customized wedding task list
• Establish a wedding week and day schedule
• Follow up calls to vendors
• Coordinate hotel and transportation for out of town guest
• Direct and coordinate wedding rehearsal

Wedding Day

• Execute all wedding plans and details with vendors, families and guests
• Create an agenda for vendors and activities
• Overseeing deliveries and set-up
• Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
• Transport decorations to reception site (size and weight restrictions apply)
• Set out guest book, petals and any last minute items, etc.
• Coordinate all activities with bride, from, wedding party and vendors at ceremony and reception
• Have gifts loaded into designated care
• Bustle wedding gown at reception
• Distribute tossing items to guest
• Distribute last payments
• Box additional wedding cake
• Handle any last minute emergencies
• Two wedding consultants on site

Post Wedding

• Return florist rental items
• Return baker rental items
• Send post "to do" list to bride and groom
